As this is a new year, signing up this year should present a new 2024 online registration form to complete. We would like to ask that a responsible guardian complete the form on the behalf of young people under the age of 16. Young people aged 16 or over can complete the form themselves. This form needs to be completed even if you attended our clubs last year. It needs to be completed only once for our records and the young person can attend club freely.
Moving into the New Year, we would also like to remind that the maximum capacity for our clubs is 10 spaces for each junior and senior session of Mecha Monday and 15 spaces for all other clubs. If the club you wish to sign up for is sold out, you can contact us via email or Facebook to enquire if we have had any cancellations or there is a chance of extra space. However, if the session is sold out and no spaces are available, there is a chance you may not be admitted. This may also be the case if the young person has not registered. We apologise for any upset this may cause.
Our space is also used for many groups and sessions throughout the day, so we would also like to ask that young people arrive no more than 5 minutes early before club begins to give our staff plenty of time to set up for the session.
